Reader contributions for inclusion in Journal.
(1) Any reader contributions for inclusion in the Journal should be emailed as a Word Doc. Attachment to the email.
(2) The co-editors reserve the right to delete inappropriate or offensive language.
(3) The journal is intended to be bilingual: Japanese and English.
(4) Contributions of experiences from disaster area locations written in other languages can be accepted, but must have a translation in either Japanese or English also sent to us concurrently, please.
(5) All efforts will be made to present contributions in both languages, pending availability of our volunteer staff of translators.
(6) Written poems, anecdotes, personal photographs which are not copyrighted, personal accounts of memories and experiences from contributors must be accompanied by name, e-mail, and address. NB. However, if anonymity is requested, we will not list contributor information and will identify as (Name withheld by contributor request).
Anonymous contributions for inclusion without the above author information will not be included.
